happy friday!!! as the rain started up again and the temperature dropped down..again last night, i thought everyone could use a post of sunny..happy images of a very happy and beautiful couple.
i know i say it everytime, but there is really nothing as rewarding [or fun!] as having the opportunity to photograph friends. when jimmy and emily contacted me, i was so excited, no thrilled, to meet with them to discuss the plans for "THE big day"- i have known jimmy since high school and within moments of meeting miss emily, her smile and genuine kindness makes you feel as if you have known her forever. i think our initial wedding "consultation" which is usually about a 20 minute appointment lasted for almost two hours! we met one beautiful evening this fall for their engagement session- it was a gorgeous evening, and they looked breathtaking! their two dogs joined in, and after broken leashes, barking, running, panting, and playing we captured some super fun images of their "family"! i adore these two and cannot say enough good things about them or how much i enjoy them or how excited i am to photograph their wedding this summer..no, not excited, thrilled.
